In my programs I guide women who are stuck - physically, emotionally, in relationships, work or direction. Women who feel that things should be different. More natural. Healthier. Lighter. Freer. Not a quick fix, but a real life changing travel back to yourself. To your own nature.

Coaching: 1 on 1 Traject

Personal guidance in the areas of lifestyle, vitality, relationships, work and meaning. For women who want to live deeper and want to live more from their strength, intuition and sensitivity.

Bodywork

In these deepening sessions I work with various forms of massage, Reiki, shamanic techniques and healing sound. For relaxation, healing and a deeper connection with your body.

Retreat/workshop

From women's retreats to silent retreats and tailor-made retreats. With mindful yoga, breathing exercises, healthy lifestyle and time for yourself. A powerful reset in nature.

Woman and relation

Guidance in relationships. For women or couples who want to come home to their true nature, in relation to themselves and others.

Breathing session

Individual or group sessions with connected breathing. The breath as a gateway to relaxation, space and the natural rhythm of your body.

Women and well-being

How do you really take good care of yourself? From a holistic vision of health, with attention to the female hormone balance and natural lifestyle. For women who take their well-being seriously.

Coaching

1 on 1

Customized guidance for women who want to sink into their bodies, come home to themselves and choose a life of connection.

Sometimes you feel it is time: to stand still for a moment, to listen to your body, to make choices that really suit you, to no longer survive, but to live. Fully and from your truth.

The guidance is intuitive, body-oriented and completely tailored to you. In the sessions we work with what presents itself in the moment. Think of:

Retreat/workshop

In our busy world we often forget how important it is to tune into our own rhythm. A retreat is a loving invitation to slow down, to clean up, and to reconnect with your body, your breath, your inner nature. You step out of the “must” for a moment and come home to “being”.

Each retreat or event is unique, tailored to the energy of the group, the season and the location.
Elements that come back regularly:
Yoga, meditation and silence, breathwork and voice liberation, body-oriented exercises, rituals, women's circles, time in and with nature, nutrition & lifestyle (Ayurvedic inspired), massage or self-care rituals, creativity, dance, softness and humor

Everything is an invitation to connect — with yourself, with your body, with each other, and with the greater whole.

Breathing session

We all breathe, all day long. Often unconsciously, superficially, withheld. However, your breath also tells you something. About how you feel, where you hold tension, where you hold yourself back. And how you can live more freely.

Transformational Breathing is a transformative breathing technique where you breathe in and out without pausing in a rhythmic, flowing stream. This form of breathing invites you to fully allow your breath and thus your life energy.

It is a simple but deep method that invites body and mind to release tension, emotions, blockages and old patterns. Not through talking or analyzing, but through the body itself. You breathe, as it were by what is holding you back, and thereby brings you closer to your essence.

The breath activates the body's self-healing capacity. By breathing consciously and connectedly, you get out of your head and sink into your body. You activate your nervous system, open what is stuck, and remind your body what it is like to be free.

Possible experiences of a breathing session can be:
– deep relaxation and clearity
– physical release of tension or stress
– access to stored emotions
– renewed life energy and vitality
– spiritual or intuitive insights
– a feeling of coming home to yourself

From a young age I have been fascinated by breath, body and life energy. In my work I combine my knowledge from yoga, bodywork, shamanism, voice work, sounds, coaching and energetic work with breathing techniques that open the body and consciousness.

Connected breathing sessions are possible as an individual session, group session or as part of a program.

The breath is a gateway to wholeness, awareness and embodiment.
