A holistic approach to health
I have a holistic approach, focusing on the well-being of both body and mind.
In our busy society we need time to relax, to let go and to truly connect with our deepest source, our creativity, passions and desires.
One of the easiest ways to do this is to go into nature. Breathe fresh air. Fill our lungs with new oxygen and energy (prana). Listen to the silence and sounds of nature. Feel and experience the elements.
A healthy lifestyle with more space for you to relax, to charge yourself and to be inspired mostly needs time and space to be integrated into your life..
In addition to the retreats I give, I mainly guide women in trajectories. Women who love quality in their lives, of course preferably in all areas. And how can you get that quality out of your life, while you yourself are more relaxed and firmer in your body?

Eva's vision and mission
My greatest passion is the human body and how we can take good care of our body.
Due to my own sensitivity and a necessary journey towards a healthier life since my teenage years, I have been delving into healthy living and “how to take good care of your own body” for a long time.
It would be so nice if there was a clear solution to a (health) problem. But unfortunately life is not that simple. My research into a healthy life and body has given me a holistic perspective on our Life, our Body and our Health.
What really nourishes us? Healthy and delicious food, our (healing) nature, real food, natural communication, intimacy, movement of energy, fresh air, inspiring relationships, relaxation, love in and around us, movement and silence.

Originally, I am an environmental anthropologist, fascinated by the relationship between humans and their environment. Over the years, my focus shifted from the outside world to the inside world – the body, the mind and the subtle connection between them. This grew into a deep-rooted passion for holistic health.
My approach is tailored to you as a whole. In a time where we are constantly 'on', I would like to invite you to slow down, let go and reconnect. With yourself, with your body, with your creativity, desires and passions.
One of my great sources of inspiration is nature: the fresh air, the silence, the rhythm of the seasons, the simplicity of being present.
In addition to the retreats that I organize, I mainly guide women in trajectories. Women who desire more quality in their lives, on all levels. How can you live fully and be relaxed? How can you land firmly in your body and remain soft at the same time?
In addition to my university education, I have completed various other training and courses, including yoga (Hatha, Yin, Anusara, breathwork), massage (Thai, Ayurvedic, Lomi Lomi), voice and movement therapy, Reiki, constellations, shamanism, Healing Tao, Ayurveda and mindfulness. I am currently doing an advanced training as a sex and relationship coach. I already guide women and couples in the transformation of sexuality and relationships.
