About Eva Willemijn

Eva is a vivid example of how to live a healthy life, both physically and mentally. What sets her apart is not only her dedication to a natural lifestyle, but especially how effortlessly she weaves this into her daily life.

A holistic approach to health

In my work, the whole is central: body, mind, energy and lifestyle form one system that continuously interacts.
True health, for me, is not about perfection, but about balance, awareness and connection with yourself.

In a world that is becoming increasingly fast, we need moments of silence and slowing down.
Space to breathe, to let go, and to reconnect with our inner source, with our creativity, passion and desire.

Nature is a very important source of inspiration in this.
Fresh air. Deep breathing. Silence. The rhythm of the elements.
When we allow ourselves to be in nature, our system naturally comes back into balance. We refill ourselves with energy, clarity and vitality.

A healthy lifestyle requires time and integration

A lifestyle that nourishes you, relaxes you and recharges you does not arise in one day.
It requires attention, repetition and loving choices, and above all space to feel what your body truly needs.
When you learn that, healthy living naturally becomes a second nature.

Sexuality, intimacy and deepening

In recent years, sexuality and intimacy have taken on an increasingly important role in my work. Where I first saw nutrition, lifestyle, movement, nature, mindfulness and relationships as important pillars of our health, in recent years I have increasingly deepened my understanding of the role of intimacy and sexuality in our health and vital life energy. In addition to the retreats I facilitate, I mainly work with women and people in relationships in in-depth trajectories

“Eva loves life: for many people she is an example of HEALTHY LIVING.

What is normal for her is a great INSPIRATION for many”

Vision and mission

My passion: the human body and the art of taking good care of yourself

From my teenage years onward, my sensitivity has guided me into a deep exploration of health, balance and natural living. Not because I had a choice, but because my body invited me to. Sometimes gently, sometimes insistently. It became the beginning of a long and loving journey: a search for what it means to truly take good care of yourself.

Along the way, I discovered that there is no simple, one-to-one solution for health issues or for life itself. But what I did find is something far more valuable: a holistic view of health, the body and being human..

I learned that health is not only about food, movement or our physical body, but about everything that nourishes us: fresh air, healthy and pure food, nature that regulates and heals us, real and honest communication, sensuality and intimacy, the movement of energy, inspiring relationships, relaxation, love, creativity, silence and movement, the space to feel what is true for us.

For me, this is the essence of a healthy life: a life in which you continuously learn to know, respect and honor yourself more deeply: in your body, in your energy and in your relationships.

“Lust for life”

Background Eva

Originally, I am a cultural anthropologist, with a fascination for the relationship between humans and their environment. Over the years, my focus shifted from the outer world to the inner world. The body, the mind and the subtle connection between them. This grew into a deeply rooted passion for holistic health.

My approach is tailored to you as a whole. In a time when we are constantly “switched on,” I warmly invite you to slow down, let go, and reconnect—with yourself, your body, your creativity, your desires, and your passions.

One of my great sources of inspiration is nature: the fresh air, the silence, the rhythm of the seasons, the simplicity of being present.

In addition to the retreats I organise, I mainly guide women and couples in in-depth trajectories. People who long for more quality in their lives, on all levels. How can you live fully and still be relaxed? How can you be grounded in your body and at the same time remain soft? How can you feel at home in yourself and at the same time be truly connected with the other?

In addition to my university degree (completed in 2005), I have done various other trainings and courses since 2001, including Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Anusara, breathwork), Massage (Thai, Ayurvedic, Lomi Lomi), Voice and movement therapy, Reiki, Family Constellations, various trainings in Shamanism, Healing Tao, Ayurveda (Food and Wellness coach), Sexual Embodiment, Mindfulness. I am currently following an in-depth training as a sex, love and relationship coach. I already guide women and couples in the transformation of sexuality and relationships.
